Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 August 2026

Draft — pending legal review. This describes what MCPHub.travel does today; the wording has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet, and the retention period and governing law are still to be confirmed. We will update the date above when it changes.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MCPHub.travel (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

MCPHub.travel is a curated directory and routing hub for travel-related MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers — covering flights, stays, activities, ground transport, visas, currency, and related categories. We test and list servers we don’t operate ourselves, and in some cases run the connection to a third-party server on your behalf so you don’t have to maintain your own configuration for it.

2. Accounts

You need an account to access the full catalog and connect servers through the hub. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Third-party servers

Most of the value of MCPHub.travel comes from servers we don’t control — built and operated by the vendors listed in each catalog entry (e.g. Kiwi, Viator, Peek, Mapbox). When you use one of these servers through our hub:

5. Free tier and paid plans

The current free tier requires no payment method. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll describe pricing and billing terms clearly before you’re charged, and update these Terms accordingly.

6. Listing your own server / builder program

If you list a travel MCP server with us:

7. Official / verified listings

Official listings (verified badge) go through a direct conversation with the vendor rather than the standard builder form, and may be governed by an additional partner agreement with that vendor.

8. Intellectual property

MCPHub.travel’s catalog structure, taxonomy, verification data, and site design are ours. Each listed server’s name, logo, and description remain the property of its vendor, used with their permission for the purpose of the listing.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We work to keep catalog data (status, response times, schema, last-checked dates) accurate, but travel MCP servers can change or go down without notice, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access to any listed server. We are not a travel agent, and we don’t guarantee the accuracy of prices, availability, or bookings returned by third-party servers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MCPHub.travel isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or of any third-party server accessed through it, including a failed or inaccurate booking made via a connected server.

11. Changes to these Terms

We’ll update the date at the top of this page when these Terms change, and notify account holders of material changes.

12. Governing law

Still being settled. The governing law and jurisdiction for these Terms will be stated here before the Service leaves early access. Until then, nothing in this section waives any right you have under the law that applies to you where you live.
